Sarra is an AI social-media manager for small and medium businesses. I built it for my mom, who runs Spider3D.co.il. She was the first customer. You could be the ten-thousandth.
Why Sarra exists.
My mom's name is Pnina. She runs Spider3D.co.il— a Shopify store that sells 3D printers, filament, and parts to the Israeli maker community. She's been running it since 2019. She's great at it. She ships orders six days a week, answers every customer DM herself, and knows every supplier by first name.
She is also completely lost on TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Every six months I'd show her a new AI tool — CapCut, HeyGen, ChatGPT, Arcads — and every six months she'd post one video and quietly never post another one.
The problem wasn't her. The problem was that every AI tool on the market assumed its user was fluent in prompts, dashboards, and iteration. My mom was fluent in WhatsApp, inventory, and customer service.
So in 2025 I built Sarra — an AI that lives on WhatsApp, accepts voice notes as briefs, and ends the workflow with a video posted to her store's Instagram. She used it once, then four times, then twenty times. She told her friend Rachel. Rachel told her cousin. Six months later we had 1,000 paying SMBs.
